Sales Development Representative
We are seeking motivated, results-driven individuals based in Canada to help expand our premium presentation folder programs across North America. This is a fully remote sales role focused on building relationships, generating opportunities, and helping businesses elevate their brand through high-end, customized presentation folders.
Our programs serve industries including real estate brokerages, bridal boutiques, mortgage and insurance professionals, home service businesses, and local community partners. These are not generic advertising products—they are designed to build long-term referral partnerships and strengthen premium brand positioning for clients.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, relationship building, and setting qualified appointments with decision-makers. You will engage in consultative conversations with business owners and professionals, presenting tailored partnership opportunities and managing the early stages of the sales pipeline.
This role requires confidence, consistency, and strong communication skills. Success comes from disciplined outreach, effective follow-up, and the ability to build trust quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calling and email outreach to prospective clients
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities
- Book appointments with key decision-makers
- Present partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline
- Manage CRM records, notes, and follow-up schedules accurately
- Communicate professionally with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
- Work independently while meeting daily activity and performance targets
- Collaborate with internal leadership and operations teams

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales, business development, or appointment setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven outbound cold calling experience (preferred)
- Experience with lead qualification and objection handling
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
