AutoCity Sales has proudly served the Mississauga community for over 30 years, located in the heart of the city steps from Square One. We are looking for a reliable, honest, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed and the initiative to get things done without being asked twice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lot maintenance duties including keeping the property clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Washing, cleaning, and detailing vehicles on the lot and in the showroom
- Pickup and drop-offs for vehicles and cleaning/detail facility runs
- Dealer trades and license pick-up/drop-off as needed
- Actively maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all inventory — inside and out
- Park and arrange vehicles to maximize lot efficiency and space
- Yard and compound maintenance as required
- Daily tasks will be assigned on the go and must be completed with urgency — duties will regularly involve driving, property maintenance, and inventory upkeep. You are expected to adapt quickly and execute without delay
- Initiative is mandatory — you are expected to proactively inspect all inventory regularly, identify any damage, document it immediately, and report it to management. Protecting the dealership's inventory from damage is a core responsibility of this role
- Additional duties as assigned by management
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a Lot Attendant, Detailer, or Driver is a strong asset
- Valid G Driver's Licence and a clean driving record — non-negotiable
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Proven record of dependability and going above and beyond
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a self-starter mentality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Compensation:
- Competitive wage based on experience
This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role at AutoCity Sales, 700 Burnhamthorpe Rd W, Mississauga. Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
