Oceanstone Resort & Spa is looking for a warm, attentive, and service-focused Spa Concierge to join our team.
The Spa Concierge plays an important role in creating a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. This position combines front desk and guest services with hands-on support of our hydrothermal spa circuit. You will welcome guests, manage appointments and payments, provide guidance throughout their visit, maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the circuit, and assist with light food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Circuit Support
- Provide warm, professional, and welcoming guest check-in and check-out.
- Provide guests with an orientation to the spa facilities and hydrothermal circuit.
- Be visible and available throughout the guest experience, proactively offering assistance and answering questions.
- Regularly walk the outdoor circuit areas in all weather conditions to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the circuit, including restocking amenities, tidying common areas, and completing light cleaning throughout the spa zones.
- Monitor the circuit and assist guests with any questions or needs during their visit.
- Help ensure all spa areas are maintained to Oceanstone’s standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience.
Reservations & Front Desk
- Book, modify, and confirm spa appointments using our online reservation system.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Process guest payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Promote and sell spa treatments, retail products, gift cards, and other available experiences.
- Assist with general administrative and front desk duties as required.
Food & Beverage
- Provide counter service for food and beverage offerings.
- Prepare and serve beverages and light food items while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming food and beverage service area.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, spa, hotel, or a similar guest-facing environment is an asset.
- A warm, friendly, and professional approach to guest service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment.
- Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking the circuit regularly in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform light physical cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Certification
- Smart Serve certification is required as the position involves serving alcoholic beverages.
- Applicants must be 19 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
