Job Description:
Join our Canadian Business Development team as a Billingual Business Development Representative, you'll be an integral part of a small business team, driving sales growth and expanding our B2B customer base in the Canada. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and suggesting suitable solutions. Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Experience in negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with management to establish targets, refine pricing strategies, and expand into diverse market sectors.
- Follow the Existing Reporting structure to ensure optimal communication.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the Retail Merchandising Industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively prospect, qualify leads, and close deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client sites as needed.
- Willingness to travel as required.
