Global Mechanical and Winnipeg Home Service are both multi-trade contractors providing sales, service, and installation to our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Service Coordinator to support our customers and field techs.
You will receive and organize customer calls and emails, schedule techs, coordinate parts and follow-up work, and keep our computerized dispatch up to date. You are the key contact between customers, technicians and our suppliers, accuracy is critical. You will help keep the daily service schedule organized. Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, construction, HVAC, industrial, or service business is an asset. Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, Smart Service, Method CRM, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software is a plus.
Ideally, you are professional, comfortable managing changing priorities, and able to work independently while supporting a busy team. You like to be busy. Attention to detail and a positive, customer-focused approach are important.
