Nightclub Barback / Busser

Responsibilities
- Keep all bars fully stocked with liquor, beer, mixers, ice, glassware, and supplies.
- Change beer kegs and restock inventory throughout the night.
- Collect and wash glassware to ensure bartenders always have clean stock.
- Clear empty bottles, glasses, and garbage from guest areas.
- Bus tables and VIP booths quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe bar and service areas.
- Assist bartenders and servers during busy periods.
- Set up the bar before opening and complete closing duties after service.
- Respond quickly to requests from bartenders, servers, and management.
- Follow all health, safety, and Smart Serve regulations.
Requirements
- Previous barback, busser, restaurant, or nightclub experience is an asset
- Valid Smart Serve Certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Able to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Reliable transportation home after late-night shifts.
