About the Role: 604 Donate & Junk It is a growing junk removal company looking for a reliable, customer-focused driver to operate our 3-ton truck. You'll be the face of our company at every job, driving to customer locations, loading and hauling away items, and making sure each customer has a great experience from start to finish. This is a part-time role with a strong opportunity to grow into full-time for the right person. If you take pride in hard work, clean driving, and treating people well, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a 3-ton truck to and from residential and commercial job sites
- Load, lift, and haul away furniture, appliances, debris, and other junk (heavy lifting required)
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining pricing, answering questions, and confirming the work
- Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal at the appropriate facilities
- Keep the truck clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Complete paperwork, payment, and basic job records accurately
- Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times
What We're Looking For
- Valid BC driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract (no major violations)
- Comfortable and confident driving a 3-ton truck
- Strong English communication skills, clear, friendly, and professional with customers
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items repeatedly throughout the day
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
- Previous driving, moving, or junk removal experience is an asset
