Who is iD?

iD is a collaboration between Diamond and Accenture bringing together the worlds of best in class creative and strategy with deep data and technological capabilities. This role is specific to iD and while reports into Diamond, works closely on a cross functional team comprised of both Diamond and Accenture resources at times.

What do we do?

We drive personalization in marketing as it relates to content leveraging deep ethnographic insights, robust audience identification and full technological utilization resulting in personalized, highly-targeted, high-performance marketing communications.

The Project Manager will be working on iD, and partners with Account Directors to co-own client relationships. The PM is a client centric, project management focused role working toward flawless delivery of the projects in their iD portfolio. The PM will own the delivery of their projects from start to finish, ensuring the client has a project partner, timelines and budgets are managed, and team satisfaction is monitored.

A client-facing role responsible for projects related to production, strategy and brand in a dedicated capacity against a portfolio model. Based on balance, the PM may be assigned more than one client portfolio.
Manage short-term, large budgets with multiple project tracks and teams.
Produce weekly status documents with key tasks and deliverables for team members
Creative deliverable documentation including, but not limited to;
Reports and reconciliations
Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients and vendors throughout production phase for lifecycle of the project.
Initiate project budget estimates and manage project hours burn for project teams through project profitability reports.
Run scrum meetings for each project to determine overall status and plan for effective issue resolution at all stages and levels.
Contribute to a strong Agency Culture through a collaborative and and teamwork-centric management style.

3+ years of experience working at a digital or creative agency in an integrated, client facing, program management role
Experience running large projects and digital campaigns with various types of content related deliverables
Dynamic individual who has energy and enthusiasm and has an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality results.
Experience working with Media Agencies to deliver against an integrated paid media plan.
Experience as a Project Manager (ready to lead) with solid understanding of the PMO techniques and methodologies.
Must have a successful track record of campaign work, and a strong understanding of Digital, Social and Content.
Proactive and solution based problem solving skills.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, management and organizational skills.
Motivated by a fast moving, collaborative work environment.
Confident in leading project plans and scope planning conversations.
Ability to actively listen, ensure understanding, adaptability
Adept in project management software applications, and collaboration tools including G-suite, Smartsheet.
