Position Overview: The Professional Services Consultant (PSC) at Briq plays a critical role in ensuring client success by implementing, managing, and optimizing Briq's products and services. As a PSC, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their lifecycle with Briq from onboarding to ongoing support and expansion. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, project management skills, and strong client communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding and Setup:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth setup and integration of Briq’s platform with client systems.
- Conduct training sessions on Briq’s core functionalities, AutoPilot, and CoPilot features.
- Set up user accounts, security configurations, and basic connections in Briq's platform.
- Project Implementation:
- Define and document the scope of work in collaboration with clients, aligning their needs with Briq’s capabilities.
- Customize and configure Briq’s solutions to meet specific client requirements, including advanced data extraction and workflow automation.
- Ensure successful implementation of Briq Smarter Bundle, focusing on WIP and Project Forecast.
- Ongoing Client Support:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address their needs, provide updates, and ensure they are maximizing the value of Briq’s solutions.
- Implement daily follow-up strategies to keep clients engaged and manage their expectations effectively.
- Use a buddy system to inherit and manage 5 legacy accounts, with new accounts assigned as they are sold.
- Technical Troubleshooting and Issue Management:
- Assist clients in troubleshooting common integration issues and provide technical support for data migration and synchronization.
- Identify potential issues early and follow escalation protocols to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues.
- Client Training and Education:
- Conduct regular training sessions on Briq’s platform, AutoPilot, and CoPilot, including advanced techniques and practical applications.
- Provide clients with continuous learning and development resources to enhance their usage of Briq’s solutions.
- Set and review goals for clients' first 90 days to ensure they are on track for success.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other roles at Briq, including Automation Engineers, Technical Consultants, and Support teams, to ensure comprehensive client support.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative exercises to enhance overall service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the construction or technology industries.
- Strong understanding of construction industry terminology, processes, and workflows.
- Proficiency in navigating and configuring software platforms, with a focus on data integration and automation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Project management skills, including the ability to define scope, manage timelines, and deliver results.
Training and Development:
- Comprehensive 7-day onboarding program covering Briq’s company history, products, client systems integration, AutoPilot and CoPilot immersion, advanced product training, and PSC management skills.
- Hands-on practice sessions, real-life case studies, and interactive training courses.
- Ongoing support from a mentor and regular check-ins with the onboarding coordinator.
- Continuous learning opportunities and development resources provided throughout the role.
