We are a luxury plumbing showroom searching for a dynamic Home Accessory Sales/Stylist to add to our team. Our team excels in exceeding our clients' expectations by providing a premier customer service experience. Our clients range from Interior Designers, Architects, Custom Home Builders to general retail.
Reporting to the Showroom Manager you will work to achieve the Company’s goals with respect to home accessory boutique sales and visual standards. A positive attitude, sense of enthusiasm and ability to multi-task are key to success.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage accessory boutique sales and operations.
- Provide an elevated service experience for each client by identifying needs, providing information and quick follow up for a seamless interaction.
- Assist clients with accessory and décor purchases; drive sales for the department.
- Replenish boutique for sold items, place purchase orders, receive and put away stock.
- Consistently walk the showroom floor to actively engage clients.
- Support merchandise display moves.
- Actively participate in store meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain awareness of product and merchandising trends.
- Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication.
Key Qualifications:
- Sales and customer service experience and focus
- Two years relevant home décor merchandising experience
- Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Energetic, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong knowledge of computers and ERP systems
Our showroom is open Mon-Sat from 9-6 and Thursdays from 9-7; closed on Sunday.
You must be available to work on Saturdays with a day off during the week in addition to Sunday.
Candidate must be vaccinated.
