Duties
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations for hair care products and services.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance the client experience while meeting sales goals.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills by actively listening to clients and providing clear information about services offered.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling or cosmetology is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to hair care services.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an understanding of how to promote products effectively.
