Position Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries on the phone as well as emails.
- Dispatch from customers and Drivers
- Driver meetings and checking
- Handling requests professionally and effectively.
- Entering pickups into our system from calls as well as emails.
- Contacting Carriers for updates and delivery receipts.
- Handling Excel spreadsheet reports.
- Handling emails and ensure timely responses.
- Other duties as requested within the dept.
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- organizing paperwork in Office
- creating payroll
Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
