Account Executive

As an Account executive, you are the main connection point between Microsoft and our customers., You provide strategic business leadership partnering with leaders in your customers' organizations to align their business transformation agenda with digital solutions that can help them better engage customers, optimize operations, transform products and shift their business models. Account Executive roles are an incredible opportunity to learn, experience and ultimately drive all aspects of the client relationship, sales pursuit, and customer success lifecycles

Commercial Executive

As a Commercial Executive (CE) you provide licensing solutions to your customers with a focus on Microsoft volume licensing programs. You work closely with multiple sales disciplines including Account Executives, Business Development, Buy and Legal service desks. Outside of Microsoft you will build and maintain relationships across customers' purchasing, business sponsors and technical lead to provide modern and robust licensing solutions.

Partner Development Manager

As a Partner Development Manager (PDM), you will act as the daily face of our company to our partner channel. The PDM is accountable for driving performance of a managed portfolio of partners, by business priority, with a primary focus on Microsoft cloud services (O365, Azure and Dynamics 365) and complementary products. The goal is to drive partner recruitment, enablement and business growth based on the partners’ strengths and priorities. The PDM represents Microsoft to our partners, communicates our strategy, sells our vision and brings partners along in the digital transformation journey.

Solution Sales Professional

As a Solutions Sales Professional (SSP), you identify our customers’ pain points and solve them through the latest software and services solutions. You will be our customers’ trusted consultant, thoroughly evaluating the health of their IT platforms and development environments and diagnosing areas for improvement. Your solutions drive measurable value, helping customers run their businesses more cost-effectively and efficiently and giving them a competitive edge in their marketplace.

Partner Technology Architect

As a Partner Technical Architect (PTA) you work with partners to build an ecosystem of solutions. The PTA is a hands-on, highly technical role, accountable for working with Microsoft’s partners to help architect and develop complex end-to-end solutions.

Partner Technology Strategist

As a Partner Technical Strategist (PTS) you ensure our software partners are successfully delivering great solutions to their customers.

Technology Solution Professional

Technology Solution Professional (TSPs) drive the technical motions within sales driving specific solution area revenue and market share. Based on the tremendous opportunity of digital transformation across every individual and organization, we focus our broad portfolio of assets and go-to-market efforts across four key solution areas: Modern Workplace, Business Applications, Apps & Infrastructure, and Data & AI.

Cloud Solution Architect

As a CSA you will drive high priority customer initiatives on Azure in collaboration with customers and the Microsoft field.

Responsibilities
Account Executive

Day-to-day you'll build and maintain key account relationships while driving a two-side business plan with your customers across Technical and Business agendas, respectively. To drive your customers' digital transformation, you will need to become an expert on their respective industry and talk their language. Your customers will call on you to connect them to the full breadth of Microsoft's assets including supporting sales disciplines, consulting, support, product groups, and executives to advance their digital transformation agenda.

Commercial Executive

Your role will include negotiating agreement terms and conditions, being the single point of contact for internal and external sales contracts and licensing issues, while supporting developing pricing scenarios and cost/benefit analyses. Successful CE’s deliver customer-centric licensing that ultimately reduce the complexity of doing business with Microsoft while fueling their ability to execute on their digital transformation agenda.

Partner Development Manager

A PDM typically manages large partners who acquire customers and/or other partners at scale. The role is responsible for the overall partner relationship, strategic business planning and landing execution across all key priorities. You will use your expertise in marketing, sales and technology right away to coordinate the right resources at the right time to drive mutual success for our partner channel and for Microsoft. You will help partners develop, launch, and grow new products/solutions/practices in the market.

Solution Sales Professional

You will build and maintain relationships with executive business and technical decision-makers, articulate and present the business value of Microsoft’s solutions, and develop a firm understanding of Microsoft’s strategies and product offerings relative to our major competitors.

Partner Technology Architect

In this role, you will own technical engagement; working directly with Microsoft’s partners to envision, architect, and help develop cloud application development solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer/partner facing roles and have the potential to lead technical and economic value discussions with technical leaders to drive key decisions and implementation. Candidates will have the opportunity to impact and influence partners with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility and drive the development of solutions that create real and measurable business results.

Partner Technology Strategist

PTS is a technical partner-facing role accountable for the end-to-end technical architecture and solution deployment experience. You will own technical partner engagements by leading Envisioning Sessions, Architecture Design Sessions (ADS), and Proof of Concepts (POC) while also providing project management oversight and technical guidance through solution development, testing and delivery into the market. You will have a crucial role in managing technical relationships with key technical leaders at some of the most innovative companies in Canada.

Technology Solution Professional

As a TSP, you work alongside Business Development and Solutions Architect teams who source, generate and qualify opportunities within the sales lifecycle. TSPs enable, manage, and implement, cutting edge and legacy technologies in large enterprises.

Cloud Solution Architect

The CSA plays a key role with the customer cloud analytics experience and technical customer engagement including: architectural design sessions, implementation projects, and/or Proof of Concepts. CSAs will drive deployment of Cloud + Enterprise (C+E) solutions and increase consumption by providing deployment guidance, support development of the customers’ cloud adoption model, and provide appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers for customers.

Qualifications

General Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in in business, communications or related fields with at least one semester/quarter remaining after internship.
Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
