Roles and responsibilities

HR Professionals are business integrated partners that work to touch and improve the lives of our people. As an Human Resources Business Partner Manager you will work with some of the very best HR leaders in the industry and will have the opportunity to lead and participate in several strategic projects that will drive the success of the business and organization. You will own projects like:

Designing and delivering tools, processes and systems to attract, inspire and develop our people

Designing our Organizations and leading change management to maximize productivity and reduce complexity to enable peak performance

Ensure long-term, medium-term and short-term talent development and success planning;

Providing staff recruitment, selection, hiring and transfer activities, including promotions, staff turnover, job enrichment, and retention of people;

Is responsible for the development, approval and implementation of the organization's annual and cyclical Human Resources Development Plan, and supports these activities in accordance with the established model;

Act on hires, departures, layoffs and assist and advise managers in the management of human resources;

Act, assist and advise the company in the interpretation and administration of the company's policies and programs in accordance with the law;

Develop and coordinate human resources processes and programs within the company: Recruitment, promotion and internal movement, departure

Job Requirements:Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources management;
8 to 12 years of experience ideally in an engineering or manufacturing environment;
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14 001 management systems and applicable laws;
Knowledge of psychometric tools in recruitment and performance evaluation.
