We are looking to hire a qualified Licenced Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our network. As a Licenced Practical Nurse, you are accountable for the assessment and planning of all aspects of resident care, delivering standard nursing procedures, medication administration, and documentation in compliance with the respective legislations. The successful candidate should be patient, compassionate, and client-centric. This position is not a travel job, therefore, no accommodation is provided.
Education
- Graduated from an accredited and recognized nursing program
- Current license as an LPN in British Columbia or Alberta
Work Experience
- 1+ year of relevant experience working as a Licenced Practical Nurse.
- Experience working in healthcare community centers, Public and regional health authorities, Clinics, Primary care settings, Nursing homes or Homecare agencies
Requirements/ Certifications
- Licenced Practical Nurse
- BC: BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) or
- Alberta: College of LPNs of Alberta (CLPNA)
- Current Certificate of Competence
- CPR/First Aid
- Valid Criminal Background Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
- Safe Food
Licence/Certification:
Pay: $49.21 per hour
