Typical Responsibilities Include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests.
Coordinating with maintenance staff and vendors to resolve building issues.
Assisting with rent collection, accounts payable, and receivable.
Preparing notices, memos, and general correspondence for tenants.
Maintaining accurate tenant files and lease documentation.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous administrative or customer service experience is an asset.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
