What You’ll Do
Reporting to branch leadership, the Financial Services Advisor (FSA) enriches member lives by offering sound advice, providing financial solutions and building long term relationships. This position is responsible for the promotion and sale of deposit, investment and credit products and services offered by the credit union. This position actively solicits new business and builds the membership through sound financial advice and exceptional service as well as is responsible for initiating action to improve growth and development of the credit union by pursuing new business and establishing and maintaining community contacts. This position requires an individual with strong business development and advisory services skills. The FSA will be self motivated, have superior communication, time management, and prioritizing skills.
What Does the Ideal Candidate Bring?
In addition to formal post-secondary education and financial industry experience, we are looking for an individual who would like to continue their Advisory Services career. Someone who has superior communication, time management, prioritizing skills and is self-motivated to build and grow the membership of the credit union. The successful incumbent will be adept at problem solving, decision making, establishing strong working relationships, and demonstrating excellent sales and communication skills.
