The facility itself has been undergoing an impressive renovation for the last year and this project is nearly complete; KDC is a fully operational two story clinic boasting both a general and surgical dental wing, digital lab, 1000 sq. foot team lounge, and photography studio. With this expansion comes a growing team and there are opportunities for experienced dental administrators who are able to transition smoothly into this dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a broad range of administrative operations in a face-paced setting
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient records
- Coordinate patient scheduling, treatment and manage insurance verification
- Mediate patient relations as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient care delivery
- Execute calculations involving a variety of insurance and financing scenarios
Requirements:
- Proven experience in dental administration
- Knowledge of dental procedures and regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using electronic systems
