Job Summary:
You Drugmart is an independent, community based pharmacy with an emphasis on building and maintaining long lasting patient relationships. We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and reliable Pharmacy Assistant/Technician to join our team.
Primary Job Functions:
i. Supports pharmacological services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medications.
ii. Proficiency in Kroll; including processing prescriptions and adjudication
iii. Efficient compliance packaging
iv. Inventory management
v. Simple compounding
vi. General upkeep and maintenance of the dispensary’s cleanliness and organization
Skills & Qualifications:
i. 1 year preferred working in a pharmacy setting
ii. Exemplary verbal communication and customer service skills
iii. Ability to work in a team environment
iv. Ability to multitask and problem solve
v. Ability to self-direct but also take instruction
Hours of Work:
Seeking Term Pharmacy Assistant
40 Hours weekly
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
