Psychologist / Social Worker / Psychotherapist
We are a growing, multicultural private practice in clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and forensic psychology located in Mississauga, Ontario. Our team is committed to providing evidence-based, culturally informed services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We are currently seeking fully autonomous Psychologists, Social Workers, and Psychotherapists to join our collaborative and supportive practice as part-time independent contractors, with the opportunity to grow into full-time work as the practice continues to expand. Responsibilities
· Provide psychotherapy or psychological services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
· Deliver evidence-based treatment using modalities such as CBT, DBT, EFT, CPT, EMDR, mindfulness-based approaches, and other clinically appropriate interventions
· Complete clinical documentation accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner
· Maintain a high level of professional standards, ethical practice, and client-centred care
· Fluency in a second language is considered an asset
Qualifications
· Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with clients across the lifespan
· Fully autonomous registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), or registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
· Master’s degree required at minimum
· Strong knowledge of diagnostic techniques and evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, EFT, CPT, mindfulness-based approaches, EMDR, and related interventions
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills
· Willingness to collaborate with clinical and administrative staff in a team-oriented environment
· Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and live within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario
