Irrigation Technician – Full Time
Greenscape Landscaping Ltd. has been proudly serving the South Okanagan for over 40 years. Due to continued growth and a busy schedule, we are looking to add an experienced Irrigation Technician to our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installation of residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Irrigation repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Spring start-ups and winterization services
- Programming and adjusting irrigation controllers
- Locating and repairing leaks, valves, and sprinkler heads
- Working alongside landscape construction crews when required
- Operating equipment and maintaining a clean, safe work site
Requirements:
- Previous irrigation experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence (required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and coworkers
- Experience with Rain Bird, Hunter, and other irrigation systems is an asset
