Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication abilities, and familiarity with dental software systems such as Epic and Dentrix. Experience in orthodontics and pediatrics is a plus, along with a solid understanding of medical terminology and dental assisting procedures. Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including orthodontic treatments and pediatric dentistry
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-procedure care
- Manage patient records accurately using dental software such as Dentrix and Epic
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including infection control standards
- Support front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and verifying patient insurance information
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or certification required
- Proficiency with dental software systems such as Dentrix and Epic preferred
- Experience in orthodontics and pediatrics is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice
- Strong understanding of dental assisting procedures and infection control protocols
- Excellent communication skills with patients of all ages
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience with CAD technology for digital imaging is a plus

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
