RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
25 HOURS PER WEEK - TUESDAY TO FRIDAY 10:00 AM TO 2:00 PM
AND SATURDAY 9:30 AM TO 2:30 PM

Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to greet guests during our Saturday showroom hours, as well as provide administrative support during the week to ensure efficient operation of the office, and cover reception during weekday lunch breaks. Tuesday to Friday - 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and on Saturdays 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Role Responsibilities:
- Administrative and clerical tasks.
- Warmly welcome guests and ensure they are looked after.
- Enhance the Lux Windows experience by providing a choice of beverages.
- Promptly answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and/or accurately distribute.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean reception, bistro and showroom area.
- Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring visitors’ log.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- Exceptional and authentic customer service mindfulness is absolutely critical, including effective listening skills and the ability to respond effectively
- Hospitality mindset that prioritizes guest experience
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships within a team environment as well as with departmental staff, management, and guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive, etc.)
- Ability to work well under pressure and deal with urgent situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using an organized and logical approach to find solutions.
- Highest level of confidentiality
- Highly proficient in speaking and writing English.
