We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Litigation Associate.
Reeves Richarz LLP is seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in handling various insurance litigation cases, particularly focusing on bodily injury, accident benefits/LAT, and property claims as well as family, employment and estates litigation . The successful candidate will be able to expand their practice within litigation matters handled by the firm.

Position Overview:
As an Insurance Litigation Associate, you will play a critical role in managing litigated matters related to bodily injury and accident benefits. Working under the guidance of senior counsel, you will handle various litigation events and support our clients through challenging legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of litigation under senior counsel's guidance.
· Handle examinations for discovery, mediations, motions, and other litigation events.
· Assist with detailed casework and provide client guidance.
· Achieve both billable and non-billable performance goals.
· Ensure timely communication and reporting to clients.
· Proactively manage and progress case files.
· Assess productions and summaries, providing detailed reports.
· Collaborate effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Success Factors:
· Legally entitled to practice law in Canada and a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
· 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience, with specific expertise in bodily injury and accident benefits.
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical thinking skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining discretion with confidential information.
