Howitt Construction is a busy earthmoving company, based out of Red Deer, who specialize in road re-construction projects, new landfill and lagoon cells, and site preparation for residential/industrial and commercial developments.
We're looking for an experienced grader operator to join the team for a road construction project between Eckville & Benalto on Hwy 11.
Candidates must be able to perform all the skills in the Scope of Work, and work in a safe manner following all policies and procedures.
Scope of Work:
- Have experience working with motor scrapers,
- Trimble GPS experience,
- Maintain cut and fill grades,
- Trim backslopes.
Work Details
- 7am to 6pm - 11 hr shifts,
- 7 days a week, long weekends off
- Must provide own transportation to and from work,
- PPE: high visibility vest, steel toed boots & gloves.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00-$38.00 per hour
