Join the team at MP Cleaning, a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Ottawa and the surrounding area. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces for our clients.
This is a mobile position that requires travel to multiple client locations throughout the day. The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, physically active, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Whether you're an experienced cleaner or eager to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning services.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas.
- Clean kitchens, washrooms, offices, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as backpack vacuums, floor machines, and carpet cleaning equipment (training provided).
- Follow company cleaning checklists and safety procedures.
- Report maintenance concerns or damaged items to your supervisor.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service while working in clients' homes and businesses.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence.
- Reliable, insured personal vehicle available for daily travel between client locations (required).
- Comfortable driving throughout Ottawa and surrounding communities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
