Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced DZ Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to various locations while adhering to all safety regulations. This role requires a strong focus on driving, heavy lifting, and maintaining a professional attitude to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.

Shift: 8 am to 4:30 pm
Must have forklift experience for loading and unloading
Pay: $20/ hour

Duties
- Operate DZ licensed vehicles to deliver goods and materials efficiently across designated routes
- Load and unload cargo, often involving heavy lifting, ensuring secure placement during transit
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with transportation standards
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip
- Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures to ensure safe transportation at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules or any issues encountered during transit
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory
Qualifications
- Valid DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in driving commercial vehicles, preferably in a delivery or logistics environment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations related to commercial driving
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks associated with loading/unloading cargo
