Job Overview

Duties
- Lead and assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and safety standards
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create durable foundations and structures
- Manage and execute masonry work, including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation
- Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently across multiple project sites
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project specifications
- Conduct roofing, framing carpentry—including woodworking and trim carpentry—and remodeling tasks with precision
- Support restoration projects by applying plastering techniques and other finishing skills as needed
- Collaborate with team members on site management, including heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, and site safety compliance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, and carpentry
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, siding, stucco application, and framing carpentry techniques
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with schematics is a plus
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools required for various construction tasks
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and technical schematics for accurate project execution
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades including welding, woodworking, plastering, and restoration projects
