Now Hiring: Spa Coordinator (2 Positions)
We're looking for two warm, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Spa Coordinators; one for our morning shift (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and one for our evening shift (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM). Both roles include rotational Monday and Saturday availability.

As the heart of our front-of-house team, our Spa Coordinators are often the very first and very last face a client sees; and that moment of connection matters. You'll help set the tone for every visit, making sure each person who walks through our doors feels seen, cared for, and genuinely welcome.

Whether it's remembering a regular client's name, offering kindness, or simply making sure the space feels clean and calm, you'll play a real role in our community's wellbeing. We're looking for someone who finds genuine fulfillment in caring for people, paired with the professionalism and follow-through to keep the day-to-day details running smoothly.
Shift Details
- Position 1 — Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Position 2 — Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Monday shifts are always 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM for both roles
- Saturday shifts are always 9:45 AM – 5:15 PM for both roles
- Ideally, the candidates would work Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday and be willing to rotate Monday and Saturday shifts for lifestyle flexibility.
What You'll Do
Client Care & Connection Make every client feel anticipated and welcomed. From greeting regulars by name to giving new clients a warm introduction and tour of the space. Send each person off with the same care they arrived with, and help them stay connected to their wellness journey by encouraging their next appointment before they head out the door. Share promotional or marketing items where they'd genuinely be of value.
Sales & Scheduling Process sales through POS, direct billing, and cash, and develop expert-level knowledge of our CRM system, Phorest. Answer phones, respond to client questions, schedule appointments (including in-person bookings), and occasionally respond to emails. Master the service menu so you can confidently communicate offerings to clients.
Administrative Accuracy Collect and transcribe personal and insurance information accurately, and use online portals to process direct billing to insurance providers.
Retail & Inventory Package retail purchases, arrange product displays, receive inventory, and maintain product levels for team and client use.
Caring for the Space A calm, clean environment is part of the wellness experience, so you'll help maintain the cleanliness and stock of client-facing areas such as the tea & coffee bar, water stations, sandals, restrooms, and entryway (sweeping/mopping stairs and cleaning shoe racks). Water the plants, keep up with laundry, and occasionally assist with steam appointments. It's a small but meaningful way of showing clients we care about every detail of their visit.
Cash Handling Record cash deposits and complete till reconciliation, including preparing deposits.

Schedule
Monday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (both positions) Saturday: 9:45 AM – 5:15 PM (both positions) - rotational. If you work Saturday, you don't work Monday. If you work Monday, you don't work Saturday. Tuesday–Friday: coverage between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM shifts
