Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability across two manufacturing facilities. The majority of the role will be based at one site, with travel to the second facility approximately one day every two weeks.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced maintenance professional who can step in quickly, build credibility, and drive results across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance, reliability, and skilled trades teams across two facilities.
- Drive improvements in equipment uptime, OEE, PM effectiveness, reliability, and maintenance costs.
- Establish consistent maintenance and reliability standards across both sites.
- Lead preventative, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
- Partner with Operations and Engineering on continuous improvement, automation, modernization, and capital projects.
- Own maintenance budgets, resources, contractors, and capital spending.
- Lead root-cause analysis and breakdown reduction initiatives.
- Develop and coach maintenance leaders, supervisors, planners, engineers, and skilled trades.
- Build a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Experience
- 7+ years of progressive manufacturing maintenance leadership experience.
- Multi-site maintenance leadership experience.
- Experience in food, CPG, beverage, consumer products, pharmaceutical, or highly automated manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience leading both salaried and unionized teams.
- Proven ability to lead change, influence others, and hold people accountable.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to have difficult conversations when required.
- Strong background in reliability, TPM/Lean, CMMS, automation, and capital projects.
- Engineering or technical degree preferred.
Pay: $120,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
