Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and beverage options with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Serve food promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is prioritized
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all payments received
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing bills or tabs
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to work seamlessly with colleagues
- Previous serving or bartending experience is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued
