We are currently seeking an experienced Parts and Service Coordinator to join our team in Clavet.

Position Overview:
The Parts and Service Coordinator will oversee and control almost every aspect of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Reporting to the Fleet Maintenance Manager, the coordinator will be responsible for keeping all things organized related to maintenance and parts. This role plays an integral part in the management of KPCL’s fleet to ensure maximum uptime, which leads to successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data that is reported by various maintenance staff members
- Provide maintenance information to maintenance staff members as required
- Create work orders and enter labour, parts, and other cost information to them
- Reconcile parts and supplies to the proper equipment or ledger accounts
- Update maintenance schedules in the CMMS system and communicate the schedule to maintenance staff
- Track highway truck/trailer safeties and reschedule as necessary
- Generate reports on equipment metrics
- Manage parts to be returned to suppliers including cores and credits
- Order parts and supplies as required
- Follow up on parts backorders with suppliers and research options for unavailable parts
- Various other administrative tasks that are necessary for proper equipment maintenance record keeping
- Ability to work away from home when required to spend time at all KPCL maintenance facilities
Skills, Background & Abilities:
- Knowledge of maintenance and parts software
- Intimate knowledge of CAT equipment
- Familiar with CAT programs such as CAT Parts Store and SIS
Candidate Requirements:
- Computer and Microsoft 365 proficiency
- 2+ years working around heavy equipment
- 2+ years dealing with parts & service management
- Excellent organizations skills/attention to detail
Pre-employment requirements:
- Driver license, clean abstract and transportation to get to/ from work
- Pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing (includes Marijuana)
