We are looking for a Brand Ambassador that will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through retail events. You will work closely with management to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, representing the brand, and increasing sales at our events.
To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills. Previous experience as a brand ambassador, sales representative, or other similar roles would be an asset, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
Working closely with management to ensure events run smoothly and targets are hit.
Educating customers and retailers about our products.
Building rapport with customers and vendors.
Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to management.
Representing and demonstrating the products at events.
Participating in training and workshops.
Maintaining a positive image of the brand and company at all times.
Brand Ambassador Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to travel on occasion.
Full license is not a requirement, however, it is an asset.
