Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure timely and efficient food preparation during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes
- Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures at all times
- Serve guests with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service, preferably in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation and food presentation standards
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
