Position Overview
We’re looking for an outgoing and reliable Server/Bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on social interaction, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and create a friendly, welcoming experience
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
- Handle cash and process payments responsibly
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to concerns professionally
- Follow all health, safety, and liquor regulations
Qualifications
- Previous serving or bartending experience is considered an asset (2+ years)
- ProServe / Smart Serve / Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
