About the Role:
As Sales Manager you drive the strategy and lead the performance in the Sales Department. You bring strong management experience and a proven track record, fostering good processes while remaining flexible to unplanned variances. You maintain a constant influence in the department even when you’re not present, ensuring your team is continually focused on forging strong customer relationships, and building loyalty by consistently delivering quality vehicles with outstanding customer experiences. You are a determined and ambitious individual skilled at developing, motivating and retaining best-in-class talent. Your experience as a professional leader and coach will ensure repeated successes in achievement of Sales Department performance and growth.
