Available Shifts:
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM. Availability on weekends and holidays is required. Please note that this is an in-office position and not remote.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls for towing-related services, including police impounds, accidents, and roadside assistance.
- Handle the release of impounded vehicles.
- Prepare quotes for clients.
- Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers efficiently.
- Enter calls into our dispatch software system.
- Process payments and manage paperwork for drivers and clients.
- Escalate issues to management as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and via telephone/email.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
