The Position
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects from initiation through closeout.
You will oversee project planning, resource coordination, scheduling, budget management, client communication, and internal team alignment while ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
Projects range from modular housing developments and commercial facilities to remote infrastructure and industrial support projects across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout across multiple active projects
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines
- Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout project delivery
- Facilitate project meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Prepare project work plans, schedules, fee tracking, and resource forecasts
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support proposal preparation, scope development, and fee estimates
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, contractual, and regulatory requirements
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery systems and internal processes
Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
