We are expanding our team of skilled CNC Programmers and Setup Machinists with strong experience in Haas and Mastercam. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, understands machining strategy, and can independently program, set up, and operate CNC machines.

Responsibilities
- Program CNC milling parts using Mastercam, set up and operate Haas CNC milling machines.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications of GD&T
- Optimize tooling, cycle times, and machining processes
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools such as digital calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools.
- Follow all health and safety policies and WHMIS regulations.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Haas CNC setup and operating experience.
- Minimum 3 years of CNC programming using MasterCam software.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour

Experience:
