As an RV Sales Associate, you’ll guide everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned adventurers through their purchase journey. You’ll showcase top RV brands and deliver an exceptional experience from the moment they walk into our showrooms to their memorable delivery day. What We Are Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in automotive, RV, or other high-value sales preferred (minimum one year experience)
- You are available to work weekends and flexible dealership hours
- The outdoors is your happy place, and you know how to share your passion with others
- You have excellent customer service skills to support customers from first visit to delivery day
- You are eager to grow within a dealership that values attitude and drive as much as experience
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are a positive team player who contributes to a supportive workplace culture
- Valid driver’s license and AMVIC license (or willingness to obtain)
What You’ll Do:
- Help customers select the right RV to match their travel goals, lifestyle, and budget
- Build relationships with customers from their first visit through delivery and beyond
- Manage and follow up on dealership leads to drive sales
- Respond to inbound phone, email, and showroom inquiries
- Develop expert product knowledge to confidently present RV features and benefits
- Track customer interactions and opportunities using Dealer Socket CRM
- Coordinate and support the delivery process to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Maintain current knowledge of RV inventory, features, options, and pricing
- Work alongside a supportive, energetic team that’s passionate about helping customers create unforgettable adventures
