Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards
- Maintain construction schedule
- Read and interpret drawings to guide construction teams
- Coordinate sub-trades on site
- Manage site crew, assign tasks to maintain schedule
- Perform general construction tasks: framing, boarding, general cleaning etc.
- General site management
- Quality control
- Control changes to the scope
- Assist with procurement
Prerequisites:
- At least 2 years experience in commercial construction
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Experience with steel stud framing
- Experience with finish carpentry is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
- Journeyman Carpenter Ticket is an asset
- Focus on Customer Service

- Experience with power tools
- Must have a valid driving license and own transportation
- Successful applicant must be ready for occasional out of the town work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
