Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs effectively
- Assist clients with hair styling services, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon or retail space
- Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and meet sales goals
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations
- Support team members with daily operations to ensure smooth business flow
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of sanitation procedures relevant to salon or retail environments
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining professionalism
