Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of Canadian immigration laws and procedures, providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout their immigration journey. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing client cases, preparing documentation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and regulations.
Duties
- Provide expert advice to clients on various Canadian immigration pathways, including permanent residence, work permits, study permits, and visas.
- Assess client eligibility by reviewing personal circumstances and documentation to determine suitable immigration options.
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate application packages in accordance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) standards.
- Liaise with government agencies and legal professionals to facilitate application processing and resolve any issues that arise.
- Keep clients informed about application status, updates in immigration policies, and required documentation or actions.
- Maintain detailed case files and ensure all client records are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with changes in Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures through continuous professional development.
- Ensure all activities adhere to the regulations set forth by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).
Skills
- Two to three years of experience as a RCIC or immigration case worker.
- Valid registration as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or membership with ICCRC.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in document preparation and case management.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for case tracking and document management.
- Strong ethical judgment and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
