Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles safely into parking spaces using valet parking techniques or designated areas
- Assist customers with parking, retrieving vehicles, and answering questions in a courteous manner
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure efficient flow of traffic and safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections of the parking lot to identify hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
- Uphold safety standards by adhering to traffic rules, parking regulations, and company policies at all times
- Checking in customers for scheduled service appointments, inspecting their vehicles for damage and collecting relevant information for the check-in process, parking customer vehicles, and supporting maintenance of the parking lot
Experience
- Previous experience in valet parking, driving, is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members
- Dealership or retail environment experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory
- Must possess valid driving license with a clean driving record; dealership or professional driving experience is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes teamwork and safety
