Jewellery Sales Consultant / Fine Jewellery Client Advisor
WK Chan Jewellers is looking for a personable, polished, and motivated Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and is excited to help clients choose meaningful jewellery pieces for life’s special moments.
As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will assist clients with engagement rings, diamond jewellery, gemstones, gold pieces, custom jewellery, repairs, and everyday fine jewellery purchases. You will provide thoughtful service, build trust with clients, and help create a welcoming in-store experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and creating a warm, professional shopping experience
- Assisting clients with jewellery, diamond, gemstone, and gift selections
- Explaining product details clearly and confidently
- Supporting custom jewellery, repair, and special-order inquiries
- Maintaining clean and attractive showcases
- Handling sales transactions accurately
- Following up with clients when needed
- Working as part of a small, service-focused team
The ideal candidate:
- Has retail, sales, customer service, or jewellery experience
- Is friendly, reliable, and comfortable speaking with clients
- Has strong attention to detail
- Presents themselves professionally
- Enjoys luxury products, fashion, jewellery, or design
- Can work mall hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Is trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle valuable merchandise with care
Jewellery experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. The most important qualities are professionalism, warmth, reliability, and a genuine interest in helping clients.
Job type: Full-time or part-time, depending on availability
Location: WK Chan Jewellers
Schedule: Daytime, evening, and weekend availability may be required
