Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B sales strategies, telemarketing, and networking efforts
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical sales aspects where applicable
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to effectively position our solutions
- Engage in inside sales activities, including cold calling and follow-up communications to nurture prospects into clients
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and strategic partnerships
Requirements
- High fluency in English absolutely necessary. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS HIGH ENGLISH SPEAKING PROFICIENCY. Moreover, high cultural knowledge of Canada and USA is also necessary so you can understand and relate to your potential clients.
- Proven experience in sales roles, particularly in technology or business development sectors.
- Ability to work without supervision and deliver results. in other words, BE YOUR OWN SUPERVISOR.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes, marketing strategies, and telemarketing techniques
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts and inside sales methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic planning
Pay: $35,500.00-$137,965.83 per year
