** As this role is assigned to a high profile governing body customer, there are stringent vetting and security requirements. If successfully employed, you will be required to complete enhanced background screening. **
What impact will you have in this role?
Our Service Desk Analysts operate within our global team, serving multiple customers in a busy support environment. We are looking for people who have been involved with early life and daily support of O365 and Windows Server, who are looking to enhance their 1st/2nd line skills. With opportunities for regular teamwork with our global regions (South Africa, North America, Philippines), we have a long history of internal progression within New Signature.
What experience do you need to be successful in this role?
Around 2 years' experience in a similar service desk environment (ideally supporting external customers)
Supported Windows Server and O365
Worked with PowerShell scripts
A sound knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, O365
An understanding of ITIL best practices
Certifications in Windows Server/Azure/O365 are highly desirable!
Flexibility to work shift patterns depending on business requirements.
