Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, or via digital channels to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct outside sales activities to expand our customer base and increase market presence
- Manage retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up on potential clients
- Analyze customer data and sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Negotiate terms with clients to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote products and services through various channels
- Handle sales administration tasks including order processing, documentation, and follow-up communications
- Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and other offerings to provide accurate information to clients
- Communicate fluently in English and Spanish (if bilingual) to serve a broader customer demographic
Experience
- Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and analysis skills for effective sales strategies
- Experience working with bilingual clients or in a multilingual environment is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing principles and sales administration processes is advantageous
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse customers and handle objections professionally
