About the Role
We’re hiring for two part-time Sales Design Consultant positions:
- Position 1: Monday-Thursday (4 days/week)
- Position 2: Wednesday-Friday (3 days/week)
You’ll help customers discover solutions for their homes by:
- Visiting clients in their homes and welcoming them in our showroom to build trust, educate, and recommend products that meet their needs.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and earning commissions.
- Using cutting-edge technology, including CRMs and apps, to streamline communication and processes.
- Building relationships with clients and team members to deliver exceptional service and create lifelong customers through referrals and reviews.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- You have 4+ years of sales experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- You love design and have an eye for creating beautiful, functional spaces.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple clients and tasks with ease (think of a server managing a busy section – you keep it all running smoothly!).
- You’re a natural problem solver, detail-oriented, and pride yourself on your organizational skills.
- You love learning, take feedback as a gift, and are always striving to grow personally and professionally.
- You have a Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record.
