Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Coodinator performs the following tasks:

Ensures high levels of customer experience;
-
Coordinate the ‘last mile delivery’ by using the Pool of orders (on time delivery, order completion rates)

Assign work as required (inbound & outbound orders);
-
Participate in picking/ shipping or receiving as may be required;
-
Be the initial contact for warehouse communicate (phone or email);
-
Work closely with the Customer Experience team should any potential concern arise
-
Receivings to go from ‘Dock to Stock’in one shift
-
Manage inventory through cycle counts, location accuracy, FIFO flow of products and perform adjustments when required.

Ensure equipment is functional & maintained (delivery trucks, order pickers, reach trucks, etc);

Contributes to the team's efforts by carrying out any other task assigned by the Warehouse Manager;
Requirements:
To perform well, you must have:
- A passion to lead and help the company suceed;
-
3/5 years Warehouse experience
-
Demonstrated ability to supervise a team
- Forklift license;
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Capacity to work independently and/ or as part of a team;
- Effective organization skills;
- Adaptability, responsibility and flexibility;
- A sense of ‘urgency’ combined with courtesy and open-mindedness.
